How can I change my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment any time as long as it is 24 hours prior to your original appointment time. 

You can change your booking online

  1. Find your booking confirmation email and click on the red button 'Manage Booking'. 


  2. It will take you to all available booking times. 

    Note: If you select a day and there are no times visible, then we don't have any appointments available that day. Select a different day until it allows you to select a time. 

If you have already missed your appointment, you will need to pay for a new inspection.
