You can reschedule your appointment any time as long as it is 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.
You can change your booking online
- Find your booking confirmation email and click on the red button 'Manage Booking'.
- It will take you to all available booking times and locations.
Note: If you select a day and there are no times visible, then we don't have any appointments available that day. Select a different day until it allows you to select a time.
If you have already missed your appointment please contact our support team via email at support@redbookinspect.com.au and they will assist.
Please note, if you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment some cancellation fees may apply.
