How can I change my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment any time as long as it is 24 hours prior to your original appointment time. 


You can change your booking online

  1. Find your booking confirmation email and click on the red button 'Manage Booking'.

  2. It will take you to all available booking times and locations. 

    Note: If you select a day and there are no times visible, then we don't have any appointments available that day. Select a different day until it allows you to select a time. 

If you have already missed your appointment please contact our support team via email at support@redbookinspect.com.au and they will assist.

 

Please note, if you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment some cancellation fees may apply.
