How do I cancel my inspection?

If you would like to cancel your appointment, you can up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please contact us on support@redbookinspect.com.au to cancel and organise a refund.

If you are cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled time of your inspection there may be cancellation fees applied.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund if you have missed your appointment.
