Once booked a member of our inspection team will reach out to the seller to organise a time and date. Typically this occurs with 24 hours or one business day of a booking being made, during peak periods this may be slightly delayed.
Most Pre-purchase inspections are completed within 2 to 3 business days of the inspection being booked. However appointments can be delayed based on seller availability, access to the vehicle, or inspection demand in the region.
You will then receive a confirmation email with the time of your inspection, and you'll receive a reminder the day before the inspection also.
On the day of the inspection our inspector will attend the site and complete the inspection, usually taking around 60 to 90 minutes.
The inspection report will then be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. For more information please refer to the terms & conditions.
