I have booked my DIDI Inspection, what happens next?

If you have booked a mobile inspection, please allow up to 24 hours for our inspector to contact you to confirm the booking date and time. We also ask that you are prepared 10 minutes prior to your inspection to allow time for relevant paperwork to be processed.

If you have booked a fixed site inspection, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your inspection to allow time for relevant paperwork to be processed.

RE-INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS:

VIC: If your vehicle fails, you must rectify the issues and have it re-inspected within 14 days (from the day of failure).

If you exceed the 14 day limit you are required to book a new (initial) inspection and pay the full fee again.

NSW: If your vehicle fails, you must rectify the issues and have it re-inspected within 14 days (from the day of failure).

If you exceed the 14 day limit you are required to book a new (initial) inspection and pay the full fee again.

QLD: If your vehicle fails, you must rectify the issues and have it re-inspected within 14 days (from the day of failure).

If you exceed the 14 day limit you are required to book a new (initial) inspection and pay the full fee again.

WA:

Please arrive with a copy of your Omnibus ODT119 letter. Without this your inspection won't be accepted.

If your vehicle fails, you must rectify the issues and have it re-inspected within 30 days (from the day of failure).

If you exceed the 30 day limit you are required to book a new (initial) inspection and pay the full fee again.
